HI fellas, all the BMI levels now being checked through as sprint burst relays, prove most of the squad too slow and tire too quickly, food eaten in spare time, also now being asked about Moyes is taking them to task now, IRONMIKE.

BMI is such a basic metric these days. Would have thought they'd be more sophisticated than this.

Am hoping Moyes identifies our biggest aerial threat is Antonio and gets back to him attacking the fullback in the air at the back post.

He's more dangerous without the ball, Antonio, and for a period we scored untold goals with that tactical approach.

Only issue is we don't have a decent left winger unless one of the kids or Masuaku steps up.

It is astounding that our board have been so grossly inept at running this football club. By that I mean keeping Bilic in a job for so long. How is it November and they are only just realising how pathetically unfit our squad is. It's been a glaring issue for a very long time. From watching our pre season it was obvious our players were being under trained. Against Man City our players were blowing after 10 mins, out classed is understandable but out run in this league is simply not acceptable, we have been made to start this season with one arm tied behind our backs.

Well done to Moyes so far, I think he has raised some eyebrows in a positive way. Really hope we get a result next week.

I wernt happy with getting moyes as manager but he seems to be saying the right things and put these lot to the test least this will show who actually wants to play for the club.

I said two months ago that even ANTONIO when he goes on a mad run takes 5 minutes to recover and he's one of the fittest in the squad I'm astonished it's taken this long to work out shows biopic was inept as a coach and BRADY coming out saying we spent 45 mill as if that's astronomical and shes forgot to say was with players being sold we spent close on 10 million if that the board only talk about outlay and never what's coming in and big rumours going round is they are after selling the club forgot profits WEST HAM FANS my arse, MONEY FANS ABSOLUTELY.
