Can someone please update me on the progress being made by our players out on loan.

I can tell you syd that Martinez got a hat trick against Manchester United under23 and Holland and Fernandez had excellent games as for players out on loan I don't think they are getting much game time mate. COYI.

NONE of our players out on loan are exactly pulling up tree's IRONMIKE.

I have worries about the way our better youngsters have been handled by Bilic

When Oxford played in that first game of the season against Arsenal he got rave reviews in his next game he was pulled off at half time and has hardly been played ever since hardly encouraging to any youngster

The same happened with Declan Rice this season hauled off at half time for a mistake which led to a goal despite Rice trying to fight back whilst his so called seniors stood around looking on

These kids need encouragement and they don't seem to be getting enough of it none of the first team squad seem to be taking them under their wing and encouraging them

Under 23s had a great result against Manchester United yesterday and are playing Chelsea this Sunday at Aldershot ground - anybody who lives West of London its easy to get to down the M3 12:00,. kick off I seem to remember Ironmike saying he'd been to see them recently and how good they looked.

I think OXFORD is so overages it's staggering people saying he ran the game against the gunners do me a favour I was there he played well but running the game no no no and if he'd been showing all this world class ability why can't he get game time I'll tell you why he ain't as good as people think and I'd have cashed in on him a long time ago.

And all you HART fans don't say I didn't say Adrian is a better keeper he's gone my grand ads got quicker feet than him another muppet just picking up massive wages and taking the piss out of the football club if Holland and Martinez were playing there would be effort Antonio goes on a run and then ambles about for 5 mins out of breath lanzini has been poor in fact the only one once again is Hernandez who looks threatening bring on Fernandez but I know exactly what he will do noble here he comes I'm totally pissed off and hope the Americans buy out yoda and his sidekick oh ayew is going to be our hero NOT.
