Monday night I feel we are going to play 442 and use either sakho or Carroll to support Hernandez I recon bilic is willing to take this risk to get the result the problem we have is the cm position does bilic have the balls to drop noble if it was me u need to play kouyate and obiang abit more defensive help if needed Antonio on right and I would take a chance on Holland on the left what do u think.

I think if he plays Carroll I would be tempted to put masuaku in at left back and cresswell on the left midfield, simply because we need a good crosser of the ball, this gives Carroll and Antonio chances to attack and chicarito will feed of them. Just a thought. I would have kouyate and rice or holland in midfield, not a great fan of obiang i'm afraid, he looks good in a few games but then looks out of his depth as soon as a top 6 team arrive. COYI.

I might even be tempted to start- haksabanovic, he could be that bit of creativity and spark we need without lanzini, this boy could prove to be a bargain buy and I recon give him ago. but we all know bilic is desperate for a result but a little feeling inside me is saying he won't change it much and your see noble start and he will get the formation wrong, I do hope I'm proved wrong and he really puts out our strongest side and get us the 3 points especially being at home.

It's a tough one as noble and bilic are the same as alladyce and Nolan don't want to drop them, and yea we all love noble and has been great servant but he isn't good enough no more and yea sometimes obiang and kouyate don't play well but I feel they have to be our main two cm because on there day they are amazing, the mistake we did this window was not getting cover for lanzini, once we have our squad fully fit I think we can start getting up the table.

Surely drop ayew for sakho and noble and rice for obiang and kouyate with reid coming in?
When lanzini and arnautovic to come back into that midfield we look stronger so stick with bilic and if its same with fully fit squad after a month then time for change.

Agree with you bobby but the other way round masuaku could be very affective on the left in a more advanced role as he can't defend cresswell is a better defender.

If he doesn't drop noble then he will lose his job but who in their own mind would work with today's as an owner because I certainly wouldn't but money talks and the current NAPOLI coach is very good but unless he fancys the premiership then you never know but surely a top job beckons and at this precise time we are a million miles from being that watch this space.
