HI fellas, DO you know something I watched the kids yesterday, beat Swansea, they had Pace Ideas Tactics and ATTITUDE , i'm thinking play them, YES they might get into trouble yes and may probably get relegated, KEEP playing them they will come back as a team and wipe the floor with most of the premier league We have some VERY GOOD youngsters we don't need to poison them mixing them up with some of the rubbish and Attitude of the first team, we as fans just cannot accept this WE have only a handful of first teamers I would keep the rest I would get shot of pronto, complete waste of time, WE have a tremendous cash flow situation now a 60,000 seat stadium and another 250 '000 supporters worldwide, WE can do a lot better than this, ON a supporters, cash and stadium basis we are easily a top ten side, and in reality should be top eight, WE NEED FUNAMENTAL CHANGE, IRONMIKE.

I personally think our squad is not that bad, the training tactics and motivation are, I think a change of management and coaching staff and we'd instantly be a much better team, fonte, snodgrass, ayew were all good players before they came to us and look at them now.

Ive been a long time supporter of SB and have come to his defense for quite some time now. But I can finally say it is time for a change. There was no drive in any of the players on Saturday. Nobody wanted to compete out there it was utterly pathetic. Sure players need to hold some accountability but if a manager can not instill a competitiveness in our squad then he has lost the dressing room and we need to move forward.

Still greatful for Slav but its time for a new face and a fresh start/ attitude. We need to bring in some new players but first fix what is wrong with what we currently have. I just want us to make sure we have someone lined up before we let him walk.

Any news on how today's meeting went? It has been released by West Ham United that it was a normal de-brief meeting, but in that case, what was the purpose of yesterday's get together?

I'm with u Mike the kids were everything I want first team to be and most importantly they had a great sense of togetherness as well as some star quality.
