HI fellas, THERE is now something else you may want to consider, ANY likely targets will be only too aware of how poor we are IF a quality player is approached would they want to go to WH? BECAUSE Our management was completely blind to the number of goals we let in last season WHICH was the warning RED LIGHT, they are now working well behind the eight ball, they only have themselves to blame, and now they are left with just two options GET players in this last five days, which is going to be really difficult, and then take a chance that BILIC can turn it around OR sack him, get a new manager and hope he can turn our existing Bunch into a decent team, IRONMIKE.

Hi Mike who realistically could we get in to replace Bilic?, I can't think of anyone who's out of work who would be any good, Pardew?

IRONMIKE, Whilst we could undoubtedly improve the squad in key areas, I also believe they have under-performed massively over the last 15 months. I’d go with letting Bilic go right now and we can still avoid relegation.

Apart from a few defensive changes i'm not sure our players are that bad. we just have no clue on fitness, tactics, formation and directives and the fault lies firmly in the lap of the Manager and his coaches full stop!

Hi costahammer I get you're point but I think it's a bit deeper than that mate our midfield needs rebuilding I know it sounds like I single him out but NOBLE has been getting away it for a few years now he's got to go mate very pedestrian in all ways he's two passes behind the game rice will be good but to rely on him to play the whole season is debatable kouyate needs to be told where he's playing because when he does I don't know if he's a holding midfielder or not and no does he Ednilson in my opinion is more attacking than a sitter and obiang well if he ain't better than noble then I'm the prime minister and AYEW I ain't got enough stamina in my fingers to start on him so for me it's OUT BILLIC, NOBLE, AYEW, MASUAKU as a defender but could play left midfield see billic can't even see that he can't defend but is good going forward so MASUAKU is not a defender he thought ANTONIO could play at the back why can't he see that masuaku can't defend tell you why he ain't good enough so I didn't think I'd ever say this but it's time for a change not in two games but now because IFwe win two everything will be forgotten and it shouldn't.

Oh I agree Gkg66. when I said defensive changes I meant defenders and defensive midfielders. I agree Noble is 5 yards behind the game and to be honest have never seen what others see in him! . I always say to some of our supporters . Say Noble is playing for another team would our fans be happy if we tried to buy him.? . I doubt it! . its just that he's a local lad. sorry I just don't rate him at all! . it sounds silly but it just feels that when we buy players from other teams who have been playing well it's almost as if Bilic coaches it out of them and they become half the player! . Look at Snodgrass he's always been a decent player but for some reason not at West ham. Fernandes was better when he first came now seems to be getting worse. same with Ayew he was always a thorn in our and other teams side but now is a shadow of that player. something is up at our club!

Hiya psb1968 it doesn't have to be a manager who isn't working personally I'd move heavan and earth to try and get EDDIE HOWE I'd make him an offer he find hard too turn down I know it'll be difficult but hay ho in for a penny yeah you know the rest, can only try something we are not very good at in these bad times.
