With all of our transfer focus being on attacking players, does nobody feel we need another central defender. If Ogbonna or Reid gets injured who do we have to fill in apart from Collins?

I'm guessing Bilic feels Fonte will recapture some of the form he showed at Southampton.
Possible too that Burke will remain part of the squad and not go out on loan again if he impresses Bilic in pre-season.

I don't know if any of you fellas saw mourinho press conference he sad that all the clubs are buying well and said that with us getting hart, arnoutovic and Hernandez we are buying superbly and could be challenging for the title and was really surprised how well our team looks, let's hope he is right and we can have big season we might do a Leicester boys 👌😁.

This could be another n'golo kante moment with n'diaye, we were so close with both players or strongly linked I should say the Turkish club who n'diaye plays for are holding out for nearer 10 million so we are 3 million short, and now you'll never guess who are being linked with him yes you guessed right EVERTON every time we try and sign a player they are right behind us they should be paying us for scouting fees. Lol.

Poshammer. I agree with Burke and Rice but not kouyate. Kouyate doesn't like playing there and if we want to keep him motivated and engaged, I would suggest we play him in central midfield where he is more comfortable and more effective to be honest.

Ant6. He's right that we have bought well but him saying we could be premierleague contenders is mind games and in my opinion a statement he can refer back to if his team goes tits up over the season after the players he's bought.
I would not trust Mourinho at all.

Jose mourinho is probably only saying that so if we beat him firat game he doesn't look bad and if we lose he looks even better. But if all pans out I would say this has been our best transfer season for a while! So fair play so showing us all what we can really bring in.

Seem like Keita is now out of the picture for us only wanting Juventus. With that being said who else do we have a fair chance at other than Wilshire Mike? Still looking at N'diaye, but any other names coming to light?
