HI fellas, just in case anybody wants to know, Bournemouth, gave Defoe,5m signing on fee, thenthree years at 100k a week, 20m deal, Considering Defoe is 35 years old six weeks after this, season kicks off, and will be 38. When his contract ends, I think it's risky, ON! Y my view, IRONMIKE.

Personally think this was missing out.

He'll get 15 to 20 Next year, 10 to 15 the year after. and if gets 5 from the bench in the 3rd year who cares.

20 million including wages for that return over the next 3 years. Would be insane NOT to take that.

Stubbo, I think we already saw him fading towards the end of last season, and it will be a total waste of money as we'd be stuck with him for 3 years. I agree we dodged a bullet there.
