Mike is it true that we've earned more this season than last even though we finished lower than last season I'm led to believe we earned Â£85m last season and this season with all tv money and everything we earned Â£119m, if that's the case I hope the gaffer gets a good budget to spend, I think you could be right about Batshuayi, don't think Chelsea will sell him.

The revenues have gone up, but so has the cash out, big salaries for Snodgrass, Fonte, new contract for Antonio, Payet payouts, offset by not paying his salary the final 6 months.

I don't think Slav will have as much as people think, the hiring has been rubbish, rather than being structured as we'd been led to believe over the last 3 windows and we'll pay for it through the next 3 windows. We ended on a high, that's nice, we can take that forwards, Burnley hardly lose at home, except Top 6 Teams, that was a solid win.

So glad Batman is off, I think he's massively over-rated. I have not got over the open goal he missed in the Euros, a true finisher, like a Costa, they don't miss chances like that.
