HI fellas, IN ANSWER to criticism, the powers that be have NOT got the nerve, to do what is being screamed out for them, which is to have a proper clear out leaving only perhaps about 10 players for a rebuild. , as we lack the nerve ambition and funds, EXPECT another confusing muddle, the players that are really wanted and just about affordable are UNLIKELY to come to WH, under the current circumstances, we need to start virtually from scratch, GIVE REID the captaincy as he is the ONLY leader we have, I personally leaving the kids on one side for now KEEP only REiID OGBONNA COLLINS KOUYATE OBIANG ANTONIO ADRIAN CARROLL EDMILSON you could possible make a case, for Byram, Cresswell and Masuaku, and Ayew THOSE FOUR ONLY depending on how successful recruiting is THEN PUSH OUT RANDOLPH NOBLE, FONTE, CALLERI ARBELOA NORDVIELT in fact all others not yet mentioned, SO WE NEED One Quality goalkeeper ONE quality CB TWO quality fullbacks ONE QUALITY Playmaker, TWO Quality strikers seven players in all NOT impossible. , BUT stop fiddling at the edges just get on with it, IRONMIKE.

Mike and who would identify what players we need to fill the positions, IMO certainly not the DGS, and I think Bilic may be gone come end of season.

I just don't see the board continuing on with Bilic, obviously you may have a more informed insight, and if Bilic does go than what decent Manager would come in the way the DGS act, as long as these 2 clowns carry on acting the way they do in the media and not bringing in a Director of Football than i'm afraid we will not progress and be stuck as a mid table survival team, who has the odd cup run and now and again flirts with relegation

The only Manager they my listen to, to keep their noses out of the football side of things is Benitez but is he going anyway from Newcastle soon?

We need a Benitez or Pulis type manager who is strong enough to tell DGS what he wants and how he wants to run things.

Phil, you mention Pulis as next manager. The bloke plays worse football than Allardyce and most of the fans would hate the dinosaur and his prehistoric tactics.

Yeah I can't agree more with the recent Pulis talk. we had a guy like this before, BFS, and although did a decent job everyone was screaming for his head because we didn't play the west ham way. Pulis would be a backwards step in my opinion.
I'd like a manager who gives youth a chance IF Bilic were to be let go, someone young, plays good football.
Forget Euro qualification, build a steady premiership side with some youth, and once you've got a base, build on it.
Mike, Cresswell only a maybe?

For me if were looking for a fresh approach and a manager that can bring youth and vigour to the club as well as invest in it I'd go every day for Eddie Howe. Pulis would take us backwards . Also look at what Howe could bring with him and/ or persuade to join us Callum Wilson, Harry Arter, Wilshere, Nathan Ake . I know the last 2 aren't Bournemouth players and would cost serious money but they are both young, quality, permiership experienced and likely to be available/ interested. We need players who are happy to play for us and live in London unlike Payet and Snodgrass.

It will take time to build a squad but looking at the bigger picture it has to be done. I would start with building a reliable spine,

GK that controls his area and not afraid to have a go at the defensive when need be, I like Schmicheal

CB would be Reid as Mike said he is a leader and get a grip of his defence

DM Doesn't have to be the most gifted player in the world, someone who gets stuck in and knows his job, there must be another Kante somewhere

Stk Hate to say but in the Harry Kane mould gives 100% regular scores goals and can handle a tackle and who plays more than injured

The rest of the team can work around the spine, We need to start from a blank paper, rebuild BUT have some kind of structure which means NOT having the board on social media every other day, the Manager I feel would be great to start this journey off would be Beneitz.

But I doubt the DGS have the foresight to completely start a journey which will be risky. I'm bored with being good old West ham when I see the progress at Spurs.

Howe would be great option and yea some good players to follow him but one player I might take a gamble with is Ryan Fraser who every time I see him gives everything great pace and not affraid to have a go at goal, but we do need a director of football and hopefully a investor who can get a percentage and invest into our great club.

If inzagi manages as well as he played it would be a no brainer because he was top draw that's got as much chance as I have of playing for west ham i'm 47 and jimmy neighbour turned me down for a trial because they had already recruited that year and buisness was done regards to players side of things ( what could have been) anyway nuff of my b------s there's only one man i'd look at and that's the future england manager eddie howe or I wouldn't mind the current england manager none of this is going to happen because slaven will keep is job unless we get relegated which ain't going to happen mind we are west ham. lol.
