HI fellas, well it seems that Andy Carroll is going to be on the bench next Monday, AND I was thinking, that with the known exceptions of song and Valencia, ASSUMING all others are fit and able, WHO would you start in the first place, what formation would you play? and. For the first time for as long as I can remember the selection is not automatic, great problem to have, my personal choice would be. a 4-2-3-1 formation: I would also make good use of subs and probably swap Lanzini for Antonio, Sakho for Carroll or Jelevic, and Tonka for Jenks.

4-2-3-1, hard choice between Antonio and Moses, and Tomkins and Reid for me. I think Lanzini deserves to start after last week's excellent performance.

A Captain should be in the team on merit in my eyes. If Noble isn't playing as well as other midfielders, he should not start. I personally believe the armband would be better on Reid, as much as I do love Nobes!

Well on his performance at Liverpool, you must start lanzini, it would not be fair to do otherwise, with song and Valencia not available for some time yet, and Adrian not returned from suspension, I would go with the following line up. Randolph, Tomkins Reid Ogbonna Cresswell, kouyate Noble Moses, payet Sakho Lanzini, Bench Carroll Antonio Obiang Collins Speigel jenkinson , that's it for me. IRONMIKE

I think the team that won in Liverpool mainly deserve to start, just maybe Moses for Noble to go a bit more attacking and width but would also be OK for the same team to start as they earned the right. I think 3 CM (with Noble/Song) is good for the tougher games and play almost 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 for the home and more winnable games

interesting to see that everyone is going for one striker even in a home game i'd pick the team that won againest liverpool this week don't think its fair to drop anyone after that but I wouldne hesitate to change it at half time if things aren't working out

I'd replace noble with obiang he gives the ball away in dangerous positions he might be a bit more creative than obiang but I'd plump for obiang and give him the holding role gives others license to get forward that's my opinion COYI
